Houseleggers DJ set at a corporate gala in Brussels, guests in evening wear

Corporate events — Belgium & abroad

Seminar, team-building, product launch, gala or afterwork: we tune the music that serves your brand — in Brussels, Walloon Brabant, Antwerp, Ghent and across Belgium. And when your offsite lands in Ticino, Tuscany, Provence, Spain or Portugal, we travel with our own setup: destination corporate events are part of our season, not an exception. Fifteen years behind the decks, and a read of the room that cannot be outsourced.

Why us

What your event manager is actually buying

A corporate party is not a club set. Guests are welcomed, speeches are heard, business gets done — and then people dance. Our job: run those four moments without a gap, and without anyone walking up to tell you the music is too loud. Whether the room is in Brussels or on a Swiss lake, the method does not change.

Sound tuned to your brand

Your brief becomes a musical direction, moment by moment: understated nu-disco at the cocktail, elegant deep house over dinner, crowd-uniting peak-time on the floor. Volume is driven room by room — guests hear each other through the walking dinner, and hear nothing but themselves an hour later.

A technical setup that costs you zero meetings

Pioneer DJ setup, sound and lighting sized to your venue, wireless mics for your own speakers. We also plug straight into the production already in place at your agency or venue — and we talk directly to the stage manager and the caterer to line up service and speeches.

Fifteen years of reading a room

A corporate crowd is never homogeneous: three generations, several nationalities, colleagues who did not choose each other. Since 2010 we have known which track gets the back table on its feet, and which one empties the floor. That judgement — not a downloaded playlist — is what holds a dancefloor to the last track.

Our method

From brief to dancefloor in three steps

A process proven on hundreds of events, booked directly or through Profirst, Audeo and WePlay.

01

The brief

Thirty minutes on the phone: objectives, guest profile, floor plan, key moments — CEO speech, awards, surprise entrance. You talk, we take notes.

02

The music proposal

Within 5 working days: a musical direction for each moment, a precise running order and the technical configuration your venue calls for. You approve, adjust or challenge — until it is exactly your event.

03

The event

Setup and soundcheck before the first guest walks in. Through the evening the set follows the room: volume drops when conversation rises, and lifts hard the moment the first tables empty. Afterwards: a debrief and the night's playlist, if you want them.

DJ + live performers

The augmented DJ set

At a corporate event, you can lift the floor another notch by adding live musicians over the set: saxophone, violin, vocals, percussion or an MC playing in dialogue with the mix. These are partner artists we bring in on request — the live playing and the vocals come from them, while the DJs stay on the decks. Each one performs on stages that speak for themselves: the credit is shown under their name, as a mark of standing.

Who books us — and who books us again

Pfizer, Lenovo, Inditex, BCG, the Berlaymont, Match, Pure FM: organisations where a technical incident is paid for in reputation. Many come through the event agencies Profirst, Audeo and WePlay, who put us back on the roster season after season — the only recommendation that really counts.

The brief was demanding: an international audience, two speeches mid-evening and a dancefloor that had to take off the moment dinner ended. Everything ran to the minute — and the floor never emptied until the last track.

FAQ

Your questions, answered

How much does a corporate event DJ cost in Belgium?

The fee depends on the format, guest count, venue and technical setup (PA, lighting, microphones). Every quote is tailored, with no hidden fees, and spells out exactly what is included — gear, transport, setup and breakdown.

Do you provide the sound system and lighting?

Yes. We arrive with a complete setup — PA, lighting and our own DJ gear — sized to your room and guest count. For large formats (300+ people) or venues that are already equipped, we integrate with the technical production in place and work hand in hand with your stage manager.

What equipment do you use?

Industry standard: Pioneer DJ players and mixer, concert-grade powered speakers, wireless microphones for your own speakers. The setup is sized to the room and the guest count — and we are equally at home on our own rig or on the one already installed at your venue.

Do you coordinate with the caterer, the venue and the agency?

That is part of the job. We line up the running order with the caterer (service, dessert, cake), the venue's stage manager (sound levels, limiter) and your agency. You should not have to play middleman on the night.

Which formats do you cover?

From a cocktail format to a full evening. We play solo or as a duo — never more than two: the room stays readable and the set keeps one musical direction, from the cocktail to the dancefloor. The format is agreed with you at quote stage.

How do you build the set for a corporate evening?

From your running order, not from a playlist. Every moment has its own density: nu-disco at conversation volume while guests arrive and talk, elegant deep house through service, a progressive build and then a crowd-uniting peak-time once the floor opens. The set is rewritten live — if the room takes off early, we go; if conversation rises, the volume comes back down.

Do you travel across Belgium?

Yes. Based in Waterloo, we play Brussels and Walloon Brabant, but also Antwerp, Ghent, Leuven, Liège, Namur, Charleroi and the coast from Knokke to Ostend. Travel within Belgium is always built into the quote.

Do you travel abroad?

Regularly — it is a deliberate part of what we do: we play seminars and corporate events in Switzerland, Italy, Provence, Spain and Portugal. We travel with our own setup and adapt to whatever the venue already provides on site — the technical configuration is agreed before we leave, with your agency or your venue. Travel costs (transport, freight for the gear, accommodation where needed) are stated in the quote, line by line: you know what a corporate DJ abroad costs before you sign off.

Do you offer live musicians with the DJ?

Yes. For corporate events we can enrich the DJ set with live artists who play over the mix — saxophone, violin, vocals, percussion and an MC. They are partner musicians we add on request: the live playing and the vocals come from them, while the DJs stay on the decks. Each one performs on recognised stages, shown as a mark of standing. Flag it in your request and we cost the DJ + live option.
